Manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, standing frames, other seated positioning equipment (floor and alternative seating), seating and positioning for hygiene care (shower and toilet commodes) and recreational equipment including beach wheelchairs, trikes, race runners.
Prescription of dynamic postural supports including SPIO garments and Theratogs
Prescription and moulding of positioning aides including Turtle and Benik bracing
Prescription and advice regarding in shoe orthotics and supportive footwear
Prescription of custom orthotics in collaboration with local orthotic specialists (SMO’s , AFO’s and KAFO’s)

About Jenny:
Jenny has over 14 years of experience providing physiotherapy services to infants, children and young adults on the Gold Coast, around Queensland and overseas. She provides paediatric services to children from 0-18 years of age and to young adults of all levels of ability, across a wide range of developmental, neurological, physical, orthopaedic, and metabolic conditions. Jenny offers a flexible mobile physiotherapy service, including community home visits, school and daycare support, and pool-based sessions to help children and their families feel comfortable and thrive in familiar environments.
Jenny has a particular interest in complex positioning and mobility equipment prescription, gait analysis, orthotic prescription, role of breathing in postural control , aquatic therapy, and the use of functional electrical stimulation, spinal stimulation and biofeedback to improve outcomes.
Known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication, Jenny goes above and beyond to support every child, client and family she works with. Always showing a strong commitment to empowering young people with disability to reach their full function and potential, Jenny is passionate about helping them to achieve their goals and is committed to providing high-quality, family-centred care.
Jenny has worked as a physiotherapist in variety of roles including early intervention, disability (NDIS), education, sporting/community settings, private practice and volunteering. In addition to clinical work, she has contributed to physiotherapy education locally and internationally.
Jenny has been a guest lecturer and clinical educator at Bond University since 2016, in addition to acting as a guest lecturer for Department of Education at Griffith University. She volunteered in Indonesia with children with disability for the Australian Volunteers for International Development and acted as a Lead Educator at Solomon Islands Bond University physiotherapy students.
Jenny is a contributing member of the Bond University study: Physiotherapists provide considerable services to children with ASD and indicate needs for professional development and clinical guidelines: an observational study. The research and findings can be viewed here.
